Piggy backing on the Environmental Stewardship and Sustainability macro trend that was discussed in the Hospitality Trends Panel discussion I had with some of my colleagues, I just wanted to send a shout out to the local farms that were referenced in the discussion. Supporting local is so vital to the hospitality and food service industry that I want to do what I can to get some names out there for others to use as resources, as well as to see and recognize the tremendous efforts that go into farming in our respective regions in the country.
