Grab a cup of hot cocoa, some sugar cookies and gather the family to listen to some classic Christmas stories narrated by the Chef.
Story Number One – we’ll start with a classic! Twas the Night Before Christmas by Clement Clarke Moore, https://www.poetryfoundation.org/poets/clement-clarke-moore
Story Number Two – A Christmas Tree by Charles Dickens. This short story illustrates the imagination and memories from an elderly man of a “German Toy”. I recommend gazing at your tree whilst you listen, each ornament and decoration has a storied memory. Are the stories you see the same as a loved one? From what perspective do you remember the decorations, were they hand-me-downs from when you were a child, or were they acquired annually as a new family tradition? The story is yours to tell. Enjoy! https://www.biography.com/writer/charles-dickens
Scholastic Stories for the Kiddies – below will be a few stories from Scholastic. These have been read with my children, Ava (10) and Bethan (5). @Scholastic, @ScholasticInc, @jlangemann

Story Number Three – Christmas Chimes, a fictional short story by Agnes Taylor Ketchum and Ida M. Jorgenson. A familiar sound when you hear it, almost instinctively.
Story Number Four, It’s Christmas Eve! – A Christmas Legend”, A short Christmas Story by Florence Scannell. Enjoy the last story of the Christmas Stories with the Chef, thank you for listening.
Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!!
